During my assignment as an Infantry company commander in the U.S. Army I had the pleasure to serve with Charles Haskins (approx. 2006-2008) who was assigned to the company as an Infantry platoon sergeant. His additional duties included assignment as the company senior training NCO for weapons training and small unit tactics. He was an invaluable asset to the unit due to his in depth knowledge of weapons and tactics and his highly effective skills as a trainer/instructor and teacher. I would highly recommend him for consideration as a small arms instructor and small unit tactics trainer or comparable position(s).
